When placing orders online, you will be prompted to select Wednesday or Friday for pickup. Orders will be ready for pickup by 10am on your pickup day. If you are ordering for a future week or need to arrange a special pickup, please add a note at checkout.

A selection of mayonnaise salads and cookies will be available Monday-Thursday at The Salted Tomato, 10-5. No need to pre-order but please note inventory will be limited.

For large orders or special events, we recommend having your eggs pre-plated to reduce handling and potential egg splats. If you are ordering for a special event, we can arrange to have your eggs plated on your personal serveware. Larger disposable platters are available for an additional fee. Please note this at checkout or shoot us an email to confirm.

Delivery is available on Wednesdays and Fridays in Raleigh ONLY and delivery address must be located within a 3 mile radius of the Pershing Street location.
